Incredibly beautiful hotel, everything was great. The room on the computers. This location was marvellous and easy, very close to Disney parks and friendly staff, the water park and other acrivities, and a beach. Celebration district was worth staying in.

smoke detector had emitted a loud warning tone (probably empty battery) shortly after arrival. after reporting this to the lobby we were assured that someone would come within 15 minutes. we went out for dinner and came back after 3 hours, problem was still not solved. so we had to change rooms after midnight. room furnishing is aging (tv felt from the first flat screen generation). super annoying sales talk about hotel shares directly after check-in. we rather saved ourselves "invitations" for breakfast.

This place is lovely, it's so pretty and peaceful, plus there's free wi-fi 😊 The breakfast is affordable and offers a good variety of food. Also, the location here is great, especially if you're attending an AAU Basketball tournament.

small bathroom with shower and wc. washbasin and bathtub were in the living/sleeping area, is quite unfavorable with a four person room. also only a small table for two persons available.

modern huge room with whirlpool, 2 showers and 2 toilets. we especially liked the kitchen, where almost everything was available. washing machine and dryer that are also available in the room were also very practical. there are plenty of parking places available. universal studios are approximately 35 minutes away. disney world maybe 15 minutes. to the kennedy space center it is already a little bit longer: 1h 30 min

our room had a view of the parking lot. it was nevertheless quiet.

complex is extremely large, there are 14 pools, fortunately we were in a rather small outbuilding. main hotel is like a train station. crowds of people, loud - not our thing at all!

anyone who has ever heard the word "time sharing" can certainly have a say. we've been invited to a "vip breakfast". it soon turned out that this was all about selling "temporary holidays" to holidaymakers. we stopped that immediately. that was the end of friendliness! that's why this resort will certainly never see us again!

Cleaning, rooms with carpets were very dusty. I didn't like the overall cleanliness of the room.
